Rachel, the owner and head chef at High Country Catering, was born & raised in Colorado in a small town called Brighton. Her love for food started when she was young, and baking for her Grandpa was her favorite hobby. It wasn't long after high school before she knew she wanted to make a career out of it. And with support from her family & friends she put herself back through school. She attended local Culinary School Escoffier in Boulder, where she finished in the top of her class.
